FOMO Mobile App MVP

Description

This document proposes the development of iOS and Android mobile applications for the Fomo Nouns game. The proposed apps will provide additional functionality, such as start notifications and tactile/sound feedback during gameplay. The scope of work includes communication with the Fomo Nouns API and Ethereum blockchain, as well as creating a UI and rewriting nouns-sdk libraries in Dart for noun generation.
