Nounish Equivalence, Governance Dashboard Implemented

Description

This document describes the creation of a comprehensive governance dashboard for Lil Nouns, which was made possible by the similarity between Lil Nouns DAO and Nouns DAO. The dashboard provides unique insight into governance health by allowing users to drill down on the data of every individual proposal placed on chain. The dashboard is also interoperable with Nouns DAO, provoking positive externalities for the Nouns ecosystem. The document includes a list of components included in the dashboard.
