Nouns Non-Transferable Factory

This document discusses the Nounish Factory, a smart contract that enables the creation of non-transferable assets by NounsDAO. These assets can be used to issue honorary assets, tickets, or other participatory tokens. The project aims to enhance the success of non-owner participation strategies and improve the rate of nounlet onboarding.
