Fund Nouns Clients Development

Description

This document proposes a plan to fund the development of multiple clients for the Nouns protocol by allocating 100 ETH to four teams, each receiving 25 ETH, through a nouner-voted Prop House Round. Possible directions for the development teams have expressed include bidder-focused, audience-focused, and post-auction focused clients. Funds will be managed by a 2/3 safe.
