Description
This document proposes the creation of Nouns Comic, a series of comics to maintain "Memetic Consistency" within the NounsDAO community. The comics will be available for free on the Nouns Comic website and will be synced with Party Nouns. The proposal includes a budget of 4.5 ETH for 9 issues over 3 months and introduces the artist, Undead Oracle.
