Mandated Round: Nouns Governance

Description

This document proposes a second round of funding for Nouns Governance clients, with 100 ETH to fund 5 teams of 20 ETH each. The proposals should focus on improving Nouns Governance in meaningful ways, such as delegation marketplaces, better info curation, new voting/discussion mechanisms, and post-funding trackers. The round will be hosted in the Nouns Mandates house with two weeks for proposals and one week for voting by Nouners, and the funds will be managed by a 2/3 safe.
