This document proposes a pool of capital be sent to a Nouners controlled Safe to acknowledge past contributions to the Nouns ecosystem, grant funds for the development of small projects, and signal that retroactive funding is a viable way to build on Nouns. The initial signing committee on the Safe will include five members.
