SharkLabs -- A nounish incubator by SharkDAO

Description

Shark DAO is a group of Nouns holders that have created and pushed several proposals to Nouns over the past year, and is now proposing to fund Shark Labs, an open creative laboratory and incubator focused on supporting Nounish creatives in developing and submitting deliverables to Nouns on a regular basis. The project will be funded by a 99 ETH transfer to a dedicated multisig, and will be managed by a team of SharkDAO contributors.
