Noundry Community Compensation

Description

This proposal seeks to retroactively compensate the Noundry community for their part in making Season 0 a success, allocating a total of 25 ETH to the community to split up amongst themselves using the Coordinape platform. The compensation will be managed by a Gnosis Safe with 3/5 signers and 1 ETH will be allocated to an administrator.
