Noundry Winners & Committee Compensation

Description

This proposal seeks to retroactively compensate the winners and curation committee of the first Noundry with a total ask of 142.69 ETH, with Head trait winners receiving 15 ETH per trait and Accessory trait winners receiving 4 ETH per trait. The curation committee is also being compensated with a symbolic sum of 10.69 ETH.
