Agora continuation

Description

Agora is a delegate platform that seeks to improve the governance efficacy of Nouns through delegation. In less than one month, the team has built a platform that has seen 17 statements from delegates representing 125 nouns, 16 statements from builders seeking delegation, 5 nouns delegated, and a proposal passed to deploy a beta on lil nouns. The next phase of Agora will focus on improving the delegation client, as well as investing in programs and mechanisms to increase delegation and participation. The team is requesting 255 ETH for the project, of which 20 ETH will be given back to the community via participation incentives.
