Agora continuation

Description

The Agora team is seeking funding for a quarter to improve the governance efficacy of Nouns through delegation. In the past month, they have built a delegate platform for voters to broadcast their wants and for builders to find voters, resulting in 17 statements from delegates representing 125 nouns, 16 statements from builders, 5 nouns delegated, and a proposal passed to deploy a beta on lil nouns. The team will focus on incentivizing effective governance, continuing to build the Agora app, and operating a delegate drive program, with the goal of achieving a full-fledged Agora app, strong conviction around the most effective incentive mechanism, and more delegates and delegation in 4 months. The funding request is for 230 ETH, of which 210 ETH is for the team and 20 ETH is for incentivizing voter participation.
