NSFW Compensation

Description

This proposal suggests that the DAO compensate the current members of NSFW with 8 ETH per month for 3 months to incentivize their participation and share the burden of responsibility. If effective, the payments would continue until the current funding runs out, and members who are not actively participating would have their payments terminated. The total ask is 216 ETH, to be sent to the NSFW multi-sig and distributed to individual contributors on a monthly basis.
