Sail Nouns in the New York Harbor for NFT.NYC 2023

Description

NFT.NYC is a sailing event planned for April 9th in New York, organized by fiveoceans_dev, with a fleet of seven J/24 sailboats and one bigger sailboat with Nounish sails. Guests will be able to actively participate by steering boats and trimming sails, and the event will be documented for media sharing. Upon receipt of funds, signers will convert the ETH to $160,000 USDC. Leftover ETH will be sent back to Nouns DAO treasury, $60,000 USDC will be sent to fiveoceans_dev's wallet upon conversion, and $100,000 USDC will be kept in the safe until all the details of the Nouns NFT.NYC sailing event are finalized and posted (date, event program, sail designs, invitations). The budget for the event is $160,000, which is equivalent to ~134 ETH (1 ETH = $1,200 USD) with an added buffer for volatility of 15%, for a total of 154 ETH. The receiving address is a Gnosis Safe with 4/6 signers.
