Description

This proposal seeks to fund 100 ETH to the donation address of @ZachXBT, a public good serving the crypto ecosystem through tireless research exposing countless scams. Donations have been controversial in the Nouns governance, however this is seen as an urgent and common public cause that warrants highlighting, with no conflicts of interest or self-dealing.
