Distributing Nouns Vision Noggles for Proliferation Purposes

Description

This proposal is asking the Nouns DAO to allocate 500 tokens of Nouns Vision NFTs from the treasury to three sub-communities (Nouns Esports, Gnars, The Noun Square) to further proliferate Nouns DAO and help market and drive new buyers towards Nouns Vision. The tokens would be used for media appearances, giveaways, gaming competitions, and to incentivize the promotion of Nouns Vision.
