Verbs 6 Month Extension

Description

The verbs team is asking for the same budget as their previous 6-month term to work on a valuable backlog of projects, such as art contracts upgrade, DAO V2 upgrade, proposal payments in USDC, ragequit deep research, and a conditional objection period. They are also open to introducing new ideas and will be compensated with $37.5k per person per month in USDC and 3 ETH per month to Solimander.
