Joel and Krel propose increasing the voting delay for proposals submitted to Nouns DAO from 2 days to 5 days, in order to give the public more time to view, evaluate, and discuss the proposals, ensure weekly meetings can discuss every proposal, and give DAOs and communities more time to organize the logistics of voting.
