Enabling a zero-fee NFT to NFT exchange for Nouns and beyond

Description

Atomic0 is proposing a zero-fee NFT-to-NFT exchange to enable efficient trading of Nouns and Nouns derivatives, while providing a self-sufficient tool for other collections to trade NFT to NFT. The team will use funding from the proposal to guarantee zero-fee swaps where Nouns + derivatives are involved for the lifetime of the exchange, while also charging a 0.5% fee on other collections. The proposal includes a roadmap of deliverables and timeline, as well as open-source components for community contributions.
