Mandated Round: Private Voting Research Sprint

Description

Nouns DAO is proposing to fund 3 teams over 3 months to design open source solutions for private voting, with a total budget of 230K USDC. This round of research will inform the DAO on the possibilities and limitations of private voting, and will create valuable public goods in the form of open source designs. The goal is to better understand the potential of private voting for Nouns and other DAOs, and to attract talented builders in cryptography/zero-knowledge to the Nouns community.
