Nouns Proposal Tracker

Description

This document proposes the creation of the Nouns Proposal Tracker, a platform to track the status of proposals funded by Nouns in real time. The platform would allow Noun holders, delegates, and proposal owners to add information about a proposal, such as its status, progress logs, proof of completion, and comments. The proposal also outlines the permissions for different user types and suggests adding a link to the platform on the Nouns frontend. The creator of the proposal is requesting 33 ETH for development and infrastructure costs.
