Rage Quit

Description

This document outlines the implementation of a "rage quit" option for a DAO. The contract allows members to transfer their Nouns to the contract and receive their book value of the treasury. The contract is funded in rounds, with the first round consisting of 25% of the treasury, and only Nouns up to a certain number are eligible.
