Nouns Block Graffiti x ETH Solo Staking

Description

This document proposes creating a 10 ETH monthly prize pool for the next three months for solo stakers who add "⌐◨-◨" to their validator's graffiti flag. The goal is to incentivize solo staking and make it more fun. The prize will be paid out randomly to ten winners each month. The document also provides additional resources for solo staking and introduces the volunteers running the program.
