Marketplace Pod Proposal

Description

This document outlines a plan to create a marketplace for Nouns derivatives, with 0% fees, no official endorsement, and a budget of 50 ETH for 6 months of operations. The marketplace will be manually operated and managed by the marketplace pod, with the potential to become automated and trustless in the future. The team consists of Jacob and Blequity, co-creators of Zora, the NFT marketplace protocol.
