Nouns iOS and Apple Watch app

Description

This document proposes the creation of an iOS and Apple Watch app that would create a playful Noun o'clock experience, allowing users to explore existing Nouns and create their own off-chain Nouns in creative ways. It allows users to create, customize, and share their own "Nouns" as a fun and goofy way to keep track of time. The application features a background photo, custom watch complication, notifications, an avatar, and the ability to generate and share Nouns. Additionally, users can shake their phone to generate a random Noun or swipe to edit characteristics. The technical and design considerations for building an app in Swift and Node + Typescript for iOS 15 and WatchOS 8, with a design aesthetic that is consistent with the Nouns brand. It also outlines how the Nouns community will be involved in the development process, including open sourcing the code, providing updates, and allowing for feedback and testing.
