Nouns Bidder POAP

Description

This proposal seeks to fund the first half of the Nouns Bidder POAP Project, with a second proposal to fund the second half upon successful completion. The project aims to create a microsite/landing page where users who have bid on or settled a Noun can claim a free POAP to mark their involvement in the Nouns community. POAP is a system that event organizers can use to distribute unique badges/NFTs to people who attend their events. Our team is building a microsite to allow people to claim a POAP for attending a Nouns Auction. A claiming threshold has been added to the proposal, with POAPs being rewarded to the five runners-up for every auction and one POAP reserved for anyone who settles an auction. This amendment is to prevent spam bidders and to keep the value of the POAP in-line with that of Nouns.
