Aragon & Aztec x Nouns DAO

Description

A state-of-the-art DAO private voting process for NounsDAO NFT holders, utilizing zero-knowledge (ZK) for privacy and Ethereum storage proofs for minimal off-chain dependencies. The proposal is a joint effort by the Aragon ZK Research guild and the Aztec Network team, and will be implemented in three phases. The proposal is confident in ensuring voter privacy and tally fairness, and prioritizes user experience while maintaining privacy. The proposal almost completely fulfills all the requirements of the call, with the exception of native multisig support.
