Auction Tracker Chrome Extension

Description

This document proposes an extension to the existing Lil Nouns chrome extension that would allow users to track Noun auctions without interrupting their workflow. The proposal comes from Badu, a creative technologist and active Nouncillor in the Nouns-ecosystem. Badu has built several Nouns-related tools and can be contacted on Discord or Twitter.
