Bounties for Minting Noun Heads

Description

This document describes a proposed infrastructure called "Noun Seek" that would allow individuals to put up a reward for minting a specific Noun trait, such as a head, and distribute the reward to the auction settler who successfully mints a Noun with the desired trait. The proposal includes a contract and web app with various features, including the ability to create or add to a mint bounty, remove funds from a bounty, and preview upcoming Nouns to see if there's a bounty that it fulfills. The document also suggests possible future directions, such as integrating incentivized trait minting into "FOMO Nouns" and allowing combination traits in a future version of the infrastructure.
