Description

This document introduces The Tropical Nouns Bureau, a guerrilla on-the-ground proliferation pod and experimental nounish art and film project based in the Philippines. The Bureau aims to explore what nounish could be when woven into the rich dynamic tapestry of local contemporary culture, with a focus on the arts and culture sector. The Bureau is seeking funding for its initial activation, which will include a first wave of sticker and poster bombing, a short artsy video announcing the birth of the Bureau, and an initial website setup. The Bureau plans to transition into a nounish arts incubator DAO in the future.
