Menubar App: Copy + Paste Unicode Noggles

Description

This document proposes the creation of a simple menu bar app to find and copy unicode noggles without leaving the page/app you’re currently using. The proposal includes a roadmap for the design and build of a functional v1 of the product, which will be published as open source. The author is a designer and developer with experience creating digital products and websites, and has contributed to the Nouns community in various ways.
