Noggles as the center of a community ⌐◨-◨

Description

This document proposes building a skateboarding rail in the shape of Noggles to donate to a popular skatepark in Mexico. The project aims to incorporate members of the Spanish-speaking community and generate interactions with the Nouns community by involving them in the process and hosting a best trick competition on the rail. The budget breakdown includes 0.3 ETH for construction and advertising material, 0.1 ETH for the video creator, and 0.1 ETH for the event. The proposer has previously made a successful proposal for Nouns and has a strong social media presence.
