Nounish MEV Bot

Description

This document proposes experimenting with a DAO-owned MEV bot and outlines a specific use case for the bot: rescuing Nouns listed for extremely low prices. The bot would use OpenSea Stream API and Blocknative's Mempool API to listen for listing events and pending transactions, and would attempt to buy the Noun before offering the original owner a chance to buy it back. The bot would be funded by the Nouns DAO and could potentially become a revenue stream for the DAO in the future.
