Nouns Governance Historian

Description

This document proposes a trial run of a Governance Aide and Historian position to reduce friction in governance by unlocking information about the past and present of governance, and reduce the amount of work each Nouner needs to put in to stay up to date on the DAO. The Governance Aide will conduct interviews with all current voters to create a public pamphlet about them, build a resource center for proposers, and create weekly write-ups on all ongoing proposals. The Historian will make sense of previous proposals, assess ROI of passed proposals wherever possible, conduct interviews about early history of the DAO, and keep a record of current proposals. The proposed funding will support full-time work on this for at least two weeks.
