Nouns Governance Server

Description

This document describes the need for a standalone server focused on discussing and piloting governance experiments. The community has become a "point of contact" for people interested in governance, and there is sufficient interest in creating a dedicated space for governance discussion. The funds would go towards setting up a server, socializing it, and boosting it.
