Succinct Labs has built Telepathy, a zkSNARK-based light client for the Ethereum Beacon chain, which allows for trust-minimized access to Beacon Chain information such as validator graffiti flags. Nouns proposes using Telepathy's Beacon Oracle to verify validators eligible for a solo staker prize pool, allowing for permissionless and trust-minimized rewards. The smart contract would read from Telepathy's Beacon Oracle to verify eligible validators and randomly select 10 winners of the prize pool each month. Supporting teams like Succinct can enable a trustless, secure, and interoperable future for Ethereum application developers.
