NounsDAO ZKP Private Voting

Description

This document outlines a proposal to develop and experiment with private voting for NounsDAO using Semaphore Zero-Knowledge proofs of membership. The proposal aims to add privacy to the voting process and prevent potential implications of votes being linked to personal identities. The proposal includes creating a proof-of-concept and an easy-to-use front-end for NounsDAO members. The total ask is 2 ETH to fund the work for two months.
