Seeding FOODNOUNS Prop House

Description

This document outlines a proposal by FOODNOUNS to start their own Prop House and request 2ETH in seed money to do so. The Prop House will run four rounds focused on food production, education and entertainment, industry wellness, and fun. Anyone can submit proposals for each round, and community members can use this platform to vote on proposals. The goal is to grow the community and unlock creativity within the DAO.
